Building a platform to help sales staff support their business customers in the face of the Covid-19 crisis
Context
In a market severely impacted by the Covid-19 health crisis, our customer wanted to be able to support its professional customers who had been weakened by the closure of their business with a service.
Objective
Our customer asked VERTONE to develop a web platform for advisors working with the trade to support their professional customers, in particular by enabling them to clarify :
- The sanitary measures planned for their operations, both for employees and customers.
- Public assistance offered by the national government
