Our recruitment processes

CDI

We recruit young graduates all year round, who have completed an internship in consulting or a similar field.
We also welcome experienced profiles from consulting or related backgrounds.
They all share our curiosity, rigor and motivation, and find here a demanding and instructive environment, conducive to professional development.

If your application is selected, you will be invited to a series of interviews at our offices on rue Cognacq-Jay in the 7th arrondissement of Paris: first with consultants, then with managers and finally with partners.
We schedule 5 interviews for permanent hires. The purpose of these interviews is to help us get to know each other better and decide whether we want to work together over the long term. Each interview consists of a discussion of your academic background, your professional experience and your motivations. It is always followed by a case study.

Internship

We offer internships for students from business schools, engineering schools and universities.
These internships can cover our strategy and transformation consulting assignments, as well as key functions that support the life and development of the firm.

To recruit its trainees, Vertone organizes Recruitment Days, during which candidates spend a day in the shoes of a consultant.
The recruitment process for cross-functional internships takes place in two stages.
It consists of two on-site interviews, designed to assess your skills and motivation to contribute to the company's development.
