With low interest rates squeezing financing margins, our customer is finding it difficult to diversify sales through its intermediary dealer network. Employees in these networks are finding it difficult to sell products other than a vehicle and its financing.
Objective
Define a development strategy for insurance in the context of automobile financing for individuals and professionals in 26 countries, including 4 priority countries.
