Context

A few years after launching a product-centric offering based on a low-cost production model, our customer needed to address the limits of its model by designing a new customer-centric offering to sustain its deployment in a competitive environment.

Objective

In this context, VERTONE intervened to overhaul the service offering and drive its implementation, in order to increase revenues and customer-perceived value.

  • Framing & diagnosis: 360° strategic diagnosis (brand, offer, customers, distribution, customer experience, production...), multi-sector benchmark, framing file for the design phase (scope of reflection), definition of targets
  • Design of offers & services: application of the Design Sprint method to design the new offer. This method enabled us to work on 5 targets and generate over 500 ideas, mobilizing some 50 employees and testing some 20 concepts with 40 of our customer's customers and prospects.
  • Modeling & scoping implementation: financial modeling of the new offering and construction of the roadmap
