Framing & leading workshops as part of the annual strategy seminar of a food and industrial cluster
Context
As part of its annual strategy seminar, the customer wishes to initiate a reflection on its development prospects and opportunities for the next 10 years..
Objective
Design and run 4 workshops on the key themes prioritized by the customer, in order to bring out initiatives to be developed on these subjects
VERTONE contribution
- Analyze markets: trends, players, value chains & identify development opportunities
- Create the various materials offered to participants (presentation brochure, inspiration booklet, workshop materials, etc.) and workshop presentations.
- Structure and run ideation workshops for around 30 top management participants: ice breaker, presentation of markets & opportunities, group co-construction & prioritization of identified initiatives with a first level of analysis of their advantages and limitations.
- Write a summary of the workshops
- Share workshop summaries in plenary session
