A pioneer and leader in the French market for the direct sale of funeral and death insurance policies via a dedicated subsidiary and brand, our customer is facing a slowdown in acquisition and a significant churn resulting in portfolio stagnation.
Objective
Revitalize the Individual Pensions business to return to growth and achieve the ambitious targets set out in its new strategic plan (+1 million customers by 2022), by marketing its services under a single brand, regardless of the distribution network used.
