Context
Our customer was using an online service booking tool with which he was not satisfied (negative feedback from stores, lack of flexibility and high cost) and decided to change tool.
Objective
Implement this new tool sustainably in the company
Define tool upgrades to make it as efficient as possible
Support customers in contracting and managing service providers

- Improved delivery on tool implementation: lead times were halved on the Business side.
- Improving the tool and country sharing in terms of best practices by setting up a dedicated body: sharing bread points, data, exchange time between them to give inspiration on services carried out.
- Improved central organization of the core model team: better understanding of tasks, greater involvement, more fluid exchanges.
