Context
Following the validation of the roadmap built by Vertone in June 2023 by the Board of Directors of the association, Vertone was asked to coordinate and lead its implementation.
Alongside this, the new President elected in early 2023 wanted a collective reflection to be carried out between the Federation and the Presidents of the departmental branches to define a forward-looking vision for 2030.
Objective
To support the association in the operational implementation of its strategic roadmap, by defining governance, a management methodology and tools shared by the various stakeholders.
The mission also aimed to develop a forward-looking vision for 2030, built collaboratively between the Federation, the Board of Directors, and the regional branches. This process was to culminate in a shared policy report, broken down into priorities and concrete actions to be implemented starting in 2025.
Our approach
- Defining and co-creating a methodology for managing the implementation of the roadmap (defining the steering bodies, their frequency, and the stakeholders involved, etc.) as well as the tools for facilitating them
- Organization of 12 seminars for the 6 working groups composed of members of the Board of Directors on 6 priority themes of the association (financial resources, human resources, communication, etc.)
- Preparation and organization of a roundtable day bringing together more than 80 participants to take ownership of and finalize the development of the 2030 orientation report by prioritizing actions to be carried out for the year 2025
Results
- Implementation of the roadmap by the association's teams using the management methodology defined during the mission
- Drafting the association's 2030 strategic plan in collaboration with field teams and the National Federation
