A Natural Extension of Our Commitments

Becoming a Mission-Driven Company is a natural extension of the initiatives we have been pursuing for several years in the area of social and environmental responsibility.

Our approach is based, in particular, on:

  • concrete commitments to quality of life at work, an annual week dedicated to well-being, measures to prevent psychosocial risks, and adjustments to work schedules and workstations, the impact of which is measured through regular employee surveys;
  • a structured environmental policy led by our CSR team, including the preparation of a carbon footprint assessment, the monitoring of environmental indicators, an action plan aimed at reducing our impact and raising awareness among our stakeholders about best practices, as well as a regular assessment of our performance, notably through EcoVadis;

  • initiatives focused on solidarity and social responsibility, eby supporting more than 15 nonprofit organizations throughout the year through financial contributions, pro bono work, skills-based philanthropy, and Vertone Care Days, which allow our employees to get directly involved in the field.

A Sustainable Collective Ambition

Choosing Vertone means choosing a partner that combines value creation with responsibility, by fully integrating CSR issues into the core of its recommendations.
Our committed and responsible teams bring a vision that is strategic, operational, and sustainable to support transformations that create value over the long term.

We are convinced that the companies that will succeed in the future are those that can integrate responsibility and purpose into the transformation of their businesses. It is this conviction that guides our mission and is fully reflected in the projects we develop with our clients.
