Co-construction with IOBSP brokers of new value propositions for the Intermediated Credit Consolidation business of a Société Financière Spécialisée.
Context
As part of its long-term growth strategy, a financial company specializing in credit consolidation and intermediation is looking to develop new, innovative and differentiating value propositions. This strategy should enable the company to identify new growth drivers and thus increase the addressable market, while avoiding entering into a rate or commission war on the existing market.
Objective
The SFS has commissioned VERTONE to identify and define these new value propositions, using a customer-centric methodology based on co-construction with brokers.
VERTONE contribution
- Identification of 3 priority profiles and 3 associated value propositions
- Prioritization of these profiles according to brokers' appetite and feasibility from the point of view of the various business lines (Risk, Compliance, Legal, Marketing, Sales).
- Identification of second-order innovation avenues to improve the growth plan for the coming years
