Context
Against a backdrop of a decline in the customer's core business, our customer is looking for diversification activities to generate logistics flows.
Objective
Draw lessons from the reflections carried out in 2018, translate them into an operational action plan in 2019 and prepare the strategy in the construction of its offers and their approach to the most relevant markets.

A Marketing Plan co-constructed with in-house teams: definition of levers around offerings and cross-functional projects, and prioritization of actions to be taken based on an assessment of offerings and an external review.
