Definition of strategic orientations for an affinity insurer (reform of supplementary social protection for civil servants)
Context
Our customer, an affinity mutual insurer, is looking to define its 3-year Strategic Plan in the context of the forthcoming reform of supplementary social protection for civil servants.
Objective
Define the main strategic orientations of the insurer's three-year plan and the associated roadmap in the context of the forthcoming reform of supplementary social protection for civil servants.
VERTONE contribution
As part of a project carried out in close collaboration with the insurer's COMEX :
- External analysis of the insurer's markets (customer markets, in particular the civil service, and product markets)
- Diagnosis of the insurer's situation (strengths/weaknesses/opportunities/threats) in all its customer markets, product markets and business lines.
- Defining strategic challenges for the insurer over the Plan horizon
- Identification of associated activation levers and qualification (business impact / cost accessibility - deadlines) then selection / prioritization
- Drawing up a 3-year business plan and defining the main associated KPIs
- Drawing up the implementation roadmap
- Presentation to the Strategic Committee of the Board of Directors
