Definition of a strategic project plan for an affinity insurer (reform of supplementary social protection for civil servants).
Context
After helping our insurance customer define the strategic orientations of its three-year plan, VERTONE was asked to define the associated project roadmap.
Objective
Define the insurer's project plan to meet the ambitions of the Strategic Plan over the next 3 years, and involve employees in this process.

- Storytelling of the Strategic Plan with General Management (context, diagnostic elements, strategic challenges and associated development areas)
- Definition with the CODIR of the structure of the Project Plan with regard to the strategic development axes
- For each strategic development area, preparation/leadership and reporting of a series of workshops with middle management and experts, to identify promising projects, qualify them (level of impact/accessibility) and validate their integration into the insurer's Project Plan.
- Preparation and organization of a seminar bringing together all the company's employees to present the Strategic Plan and gather their ideas for projects in line with the strategic development priorities.
- Consolidation of work (workshops and collaborative ideas) and definition of the Strategic Projects Plan and associated roadmap.
- Construction of a management tool for Strategic Plan projects
- Defining the governance of the Strategic Plan
