Context

Faced with the new challenges faced by companies as a result of COVID and the development of hybrid working, the customer has launched an employee experience program to improve day-to-day working life, notably by setting up an application to create links and facilitate access to information.

Objective

VERTONE was called in to frame, pilot and manage the developments, ensure change management and provide feedback on the application's deployment.

VERTONE contribution

  • Formalization of use cases, development management and acceptance of deliveries with the IT department and agencies involved in agile mode
  • Change management following deployment of a first version of the application to 1,500 employees with 9 functionalities
  • Scoping of a new target version of the application to add 30 new functionalities
