Diagnosis of global digital activity for a cosmetics company
Context
Against a backdrop of declining e-commerce performance worldwide, we wanted to carry out a complete diagnosis of the e-commerce business, by analyzing the brand's digital performance in its various markets, as well as organizational dysfunctions.
Objective
Identify areas of work to restore growth prospects in digital, give central management a clear, shared mission (vis-à-vis the markets) and define a target organization for digital management.
