Digitizing the integration process for a bancassurer
Context
Our customer wanted to standardize the induction process for future employees between the head office and its various subsidiaries, while simplifying HR administrative tasks. Digitizing key moments in the induction process (accessing information about the company, completing administrative documents, having the program for the 1ʳᵉweek in the company...) responded to this dual challenge.
Objective
Against this backdrop, VERTONE took part in a study of players in the market for the digitalization ofonboarding and to help select a service provider.
