Framing and management of an energy savings program aimed at business customers for an energy market leader
Context
Our customer, a leading energy company in France, has won a call for projects from ADEME, the French Environment and Energy Management Agency, for the "Eco Pro" program. The aim of the program is to help professionals save energy, by raising awareness among more than 400,000 business customers and carrying out more than 40,000 personalized assessments.
Objective
VERTONE was commissioned by the division dedicated to professionals to help frame this program upstream, then manage it over the long term, while satisfying ADEME's requirements.
In addition, VERTONE was able to provide expert marketing advice to ensure that the program was well adapted to the expectations and uses of professional customers.

- Structuring the CEE program and mapping the players
