Context

A specialist finance company wants to offer a credit partnership to a distributor specializing in household appliances.

Objective

The aim of the mission was to define the key elements of the credit partnership offer that SFS wished to propose to the distributor. This pre-study phase was carried out within the framework of a private negotiation between the distributor and SFS, over a period of 6 months.
