Context
As its governance evolves and its raison d'être broadens, Mobilier National is calling on us to develop new value-added services.
Objective
Define and implement a four-pronged modernization program aimed at enhancing the institution's image through the design of new services: consultancy on development, response to public and private orders, appeal to the public and brand enhancement.
