Organization of an event promoting internal mobility for employees of a company in the banking sector
Context
A group in the banking sector wants to make the group's departments and businesses more visible and attractive, in order to give employees more career prospects and promote the employer brand internally and externally.
Objective
VERTONE was asked by the HR Transformation Department to create an event bringing together candidates and recruiters, to enable the recruitment of 200 vacancies.
VERTONE contribution
- A hybrid physical and digital event: alternating between business conferences, HRM pre-interviews, and HRM/EMRG workshops
- 160 participants at the physical event and 284 participants at the digital event
- A Job Book with 200 vacancies in 15 departments and subsidiaries
- An overall score of 8/10 and an NPS of 55 for the physical event
