Context
The French subsidiary of an American media conglomerate operates three pay-TV channels in France, distributed exclusively in the packages of an Internet service provider.
Objective
In anticipation of the expiry of its exclusive deal in 2021, our client asked VERTONE to carry out a prospective study of the evolution of the French television sector over the next 5 years, and to help it define its positioning strategy.
