Setting up a single employee portal for a bancassurer

Context

Following an internal diagnosis, our customer made 3 observations:

  • A need to centralize and disseminate useful information to employees (accessing employee benefits, on-site services, reporting IT incidents, etc.).
  • A need to simplify direct access to certain existing HR information that facilitates employees' day-to-day work.
  • An opportunity to create a showcase for new Employee Experience Program projects

To meet these challenges, our customer wanted to set up a single access channel, in the form of an internal mobile application available to all employees.

Objective

VERTONE was called in to provide a framework for the new mobile portal, identify the projects to be launched and provide overall management throughout the development and versioning of the mobile application.
