Study of societal and behavioral trends and their impact on the insurance business
Context
As part of the preparatory work for drawing up the Strategic Marketing Plan, the Strategic Marketing Department of a mutual insurance company (Property & Casualty, Health, Personal Protection), wishes to provide the Business Departments with elements of knowledge and understanding of the major societal and behavioral trends and their impact on the Insurance business.
Objective
Identify and analyze major trends in French society and assess their impact on the insurance business.
VERTONE contribution
- Study of societal and behavioral trends
- Qualification of their impact on the insurable mass and profitability of insurance activities (car, home, health, provident, savings/retirement, credit/loan insurance and cross-functional customer relations).
- Leading workshops to share trends and their impact on the insurance business with the customer's teams on major themes: Demographics and social dynamics, Ecosystem and living environment, Work / health / social protection, Life in society / representations and values, Digital and usage.
- Preparation of a summary report for the Executive Committee
