Supporting the distribution transformation of a leading French social protection provider
Context
To meet the internal and external challenges it faces, our customer has launched a vast Distribution Transformation program. The aim of this program is to move from an organization based on customer markets to a decompartmentalized multi-market organization, in order to take advantage of all commercial opportunities around a single prospect/customer contact (equipment for the manager, the company and its employees).
This program is based on two complementary components, one business-related (distribution scheme, sales approach, sales leadership and management, remuneration and incentives, sales actions, portfolio allocation, etc.) and the other organizational (organization scheme, job descriptions, skills development, change management, social dialogue, etc.).
Objective
Finalize the project scope, write the specifications and implement the operational deployment of the Distribution Network Transformation with the Regional Divisions and the National Sales Division.
VERTONE contribution
Definition and implementation of the project structure (governance, comitology, definition of business and organizational projects). Framing and production of deliverables for the various workstreams, in particular the business aspects. Acculturation of the company to new multi-market sales approaches through a national test campaign. Support the operational deployment of the project across all its components in the first 5 regions.
