Training Program

Each session consists of three modules, each lasting half a day, for a total of 1.5 days of training per session.

Module 01

  • Understand the principles of design, structure, and layout for an effective presentation

Module 02

  • A refresher on the basics of PowerPoint
  • Distinguish between good and bad presentation practices
  • Master powerful tools that improve quality and boost productivity
  • Present slide templates that adhere to the client’s brand guidelines, prepared by Vertone (> 100 ready-to-use slide templates)

Module 03

  • Review the challenges encountered and the progress made
  • Review the submitted presentations as a group
  • Improve your presentation skills

Teaching Methods and Adaptation

Teaching method

Active and Participatory Teaching Methods​
The modules include role-playing exercises and practical case studies. Training materials are provided to participants at every session.

Adaptation of the training program

The training can be tailored to the company’s needs:
- Adjusting the duration of modules to suit the trainees’ needs
- Customizing the materials and tools provided (incorporating the company’s brand guidelines and logo)
- Creating a library of slides in line with the client’s brand guidelines (over 100 ready-to-use slide templates to save teams time when creating presentations)

Practical Information

Please have a computer available for hands-on exercises during the session.
Please set aside 0.5 hours of work time between Modules 2 and 3.
The training will take place at our offices (Paris 7th arrondissement) or at the company’s premises, and/or via video conference.
Each session can accommodate a maximum of 10 participants

Assessment of Learning Outcomes

Participants' progress is assessed throughout the training program using a variety of appropriate assessment methods (multiple-choice questions, role-playing exercises, practical assignments, self-assessments, etc.).
A certificate of completion is issued upon completion of the course.
