Support for agile transformation (SAFe) of a drug ordering and dispensary management support platform
Context
As part of the deployment of the SAFe methodology within the company, the customer team had to deal with the changes linked to the switch to agility and an internal reorganization. At the same time, the preparation of the sales promotion plan for the following year required an analysis of the obstacles and levers to increase sales of higher-value subscriptions and upsells to pharmacy customers, in a very short timeframe.
Objective
Support the platform's evolutionary trajectory, secure agile transformation and improve sales performance with a view to increasing sales of premium subscriptions to the platform.
VERTONE contribution
- Support for the agile transformation of the project team as part of the implementation of SAFe, in coordination with the coaches and the scrum master.
- Product ownership of the application, scoping and prioritization of the business backlog and support for development and deployment.
- Sales management: analysis of the obstacles to achieving subscription sales targets, and suggestions on how to improve performance.
