Support for the Mobility Organizing Authority (AOM) in defining a Mobility-as-a-Service (MaaS) strategy
Context
Serviced mobility is an important lever for achieving the strategic objectives set by the AOM. To activate this lever as effectively as possible, the AOM has decided to launch a process aimed at proposing and implementing best practices in serviced mobility, based on 10 key ambitions supported by the AOM.
Objective
VERTONE was commissioned to support the internal strategic reflection, organize workshops and lead a wide-ranging external consultation to share the AOM's positioning with representative mobility players and gather their visions, needs and expectations.
VERTONE contribution
- Cross-functional internal workshops to build a MaaS target (mobility services, passenger information, ticketing, digital marketing, pricing, etc.).
- Workshops and external interviews with the public and private ecosystems
- Workshops to analyze organizational impacts, investments and partnerships
- Drafting and publication of a reference guide to regional service mobility
