Context
Against the backdrop of the doubling of targets for the production of Energy Savings Certificates, the customer is seeking to qualify and prioritize the sources of energy savings, and to forge partnerships with energy renovation players likely to help it achieve its target.
Objective
Develop a CEE offer for industrial (automotive, metallurgy, etc.) and tertiary (offices, healthcare, etc.) players selected on the basis of CEE production potential within the department, the sector and for certain energy renovation operations.
VERTONE contribution
Preparation of a study on energy-saving opportunities, identification of 80 potential partners to approach, development of a sales toolkit (including a product presentation and database), and creation of a detailed marketing and sales action plan.
