Objective
Emerge and build the value proposition of these positive-impact (free) services that meet important needs for local residents, so that they can be used on a large scale by them.
VERTONE contribution
- Identification of customers' needs in the field of sustainable housing through an ethnographic study; prioritization of the most useful services for residents.
- Definition of the characteristics and target path of the 3 selected value propositions, their adoption levers and key success factors
- Modeling the end-to-end target customer experience on digital environments
- Presentation and validation by the Strategic Committee of the prioritized value proposition based on a customer panel and a quantitative study.
