Design of a moving offer targeting millenials
Context
Our customer, an energy player, wants to create a more competitive moving offer aimed at Millenials.
In order to deploy this new conquest offer, VERTONE was called in to help define its value proposition and assist with the design of the offering.
Objective
Build a sustainable, comprehensive offering of services including energy supply, unique in the French market.
Win over a specific target, including 3 specific types of customers among Millenials at the precise moment of their move.
Deploy the offer to 4,000 telephone advisors.
VERTONE contribution
- Offer design: a design thinking workshop was organized to devise target offer scenarios, and innovative approaches were implemented, involving almost 1,000 customers in the design of the offer.
- Development of a Bcase of possible scenarios with supply partners.
- Developing customer paths
- Development of digital web/mobile interfaces: prototyping, mock-ups of the relocation assistant and its functionalities, etc.
- Conducting partnership negotiations, external communication
- Definition of tracking and KPIs to monitor offer performance.
