Steering the implementation of a platform for the production of energy saving certificates (CEE)
Context
Having developed several production models over the years, the customer wanted to bring together its offers, processes and digital tools, with a view to equipping itself for new innovations.
To achieve this, it wanted support in managing the project in agile mode, and in designing courses to meet regulatory changes, support business objectives and prepare for the 5th regulatory period.
Objective
Overhaul the Energy Savings Certificates production portals, harmonizing processes and procedures between different business models.
