Context
Following the creation and gradual installation of a recharging network for electric vehicles, the company is seeking customer feedback on the service provided and the price level.
Objective
VERTONE was asked to assess customers' perception of the price scale.
VERTONE contribution
- Design a qualitative, semi-structured questionnaire in 3 parts: uses, services and pricing perception
- Target customers to be interviewed to obtain a representative sample of the database
- Carry out telephone surveys
- Write interview notes and study summaries according to customer profiles
- Provide recommendations on the quality of service to be delivered and the pricing structure
