Context
As part of the implementation of a segmented customer strategy focused on supporting key moments in life, our mutual insurer client is looking to optimize its portfolio of associated services.
Objective
Define the direction to be given to the services strategy to realize the insurer's promise to support its customers at key moments in their lives.
