Implementing a deconfinement strategy for a Mobility Organizing Authority (AOM)
Context
VERTONE has been commissioned to assist this transit authority in preparing operational deconfinement strategies in liaison with the transport companies.
Objective
A state of the art of decontamination strategies used by AOMs and carriers worldwide.
VERTONE contribution
The mission consisted in collecting, classifying and analyzing a large amount of public information in some twenty cities around the world. A number of Zoom interviews were also conducted with local residents in certain Asian countries (China, Vietnam, Singapore), to gain real-life experience. The study was carried out in less than a week, enabling us to draw some key conclusions and document exchanges with elected representatives and public transport company managers.
