Objective
Benefit from strategic support in scoping and deploying a worldwide Master Data Management project based on a single customer repository.
VERTONE contribution
Definition of the project's business model by identifying the main areas of value creation for the Group in the short, medium and long term (in conjunction with the business lines), support for the Data Department, in particular for internal and external data sharing, implementation of a change management strategy (new roles, business lines, tools) in order to place data at the heart of the business lines, creation of a project management and governance system, management of the international deployment strategy and synchronization with other Group projects.To find out more, contact our team.
