Support for the Maisons de Service Au Public (MSAP) program
Context
The customer and the French government share a common goal of improving access to public services in their "Territories". To achieve this, the French government wants to deploy 1,000 Maisons de services au public (MSAP) throughout the country.
Objective
Support the customer in managing the various projects in the MSAP program.
VERTONE contribution
Identification of MSAPs, framing and management of a survey of MSAPs to assess the existing coordination system. Development of a collaborative web portal and implementation of project management tools to steer the various projects and resources. To find out more, contact our team
