Support for the Open Innovation department of a major French gambling player
Context
A few months after the creation of the Open Innovation department, VERTONE was asked by the Open Innovation manager to support the department in its development.
Objective
Ensure the framing, implementation and feedback of experiments (POC) carried out with startups, structure the experimentation process in order to make it more professional, contribute to the department's internal and external evangelization.
VERTONE contribution
Support for around ten POCs: Framing (4 POCs), operational management (4 POCs), analysis and feedback (5 POCs), formalization of a reference document on the operationalization of the POC life cycle, production of communication deliverables on the Open Innovation approach.
