Context

Our customer has set itself the target of increasing its penetration rate in the Public Service Employee market. The education market, a high-potential but highly competitive market, has been prioritized to contribute to this objective.

Objective

VERTONE has been asked to support the Marketing Department in launching new services for this target group, with the aim of winning over new members.

Our approach was organized into 3 phases during which the customer was put at the heart of our thinking (Design Thinking approach):

  • Framing: identification and qualification of solutions capable of meeting the strategic objective of conquest
  • Prototyping and testing: prototyping workshop with teaching staff, prioritization of functionalities through customer testing.
  • MVP phase: prioritization of selected solutions and roadmap to ensure launch of prioritized service within a reasonable timeframe
