Context
A long-standing distributor of organic products, our customer decided to launch an e-commerce activity in its network, moving from a Brick & Mortar model to a mixed model integrating distribution via the digital channel.
Objective
In parallel with the technical and operational deployment of the business, VERTONE is called in to support the business units during the transition phase, and to help employees and managers make the transition.
