Support for an HR innovation unit to implement new ways of working

Context

VERTONE was commissioned by a player in the banking sector to structure a new entity within the HR Transformation Department, and to support it in framing and implementing innovative projects to facilitate the transition to new ways of working.

Objective

Frame, launch, manage and roll out high value-added projects that improve employees' day-to-day experience while contributing to the company's performance. Ensure change management for all employees throughout the project.

VERTONE contribution

The mission initially involved defining the broad strategic direction of the new entity and its 2021 roadmap. A process of innovation and ongoing monitoring was established to identify the most relevant projects.

The second phase of the project involved prioritizing, defining the scope of, and launching about ten initiatives, such as establishing policies for implementing remote work, setting up an HR chatbot, and redesigning an office floor.

Vertone also supported the division throughout the project by helping employees adapt to and become proficient in the new digital tools that were rolled out.
