Overall objective

  • Build a solid foundation in project management that combines core concepts, agile principles, and shared tools.

Detailed objectives

Enable trainees at all levels to:
  • To learn or revisit the fundamentals (concepts and methods) of project management

  • To incorporate agile principles into "traditional" project management

  • To share a common vocabulary in this area and to work using a common set of tools within the company

Training Program

A two-day training program divided into eight modules, featuring practical group exercises based on a central case study.

Module 01

Define the challenges, objectives, and indicators

Module 02

  • Master the technical and interpersonal methods and tools needed to manage a project

Module 03

  • Identify and take ownership of the key steps for launching a project

Module 04

  • Monitor and manage a project
  • Communicate effectively about the project

Module 05

  • Identify situations where progress is stalled
  • Role-playing and resolving difficult situations

Module 06

  • Understanding and applying the principle of continuous improvement
 

Module 07

  • Develop a joint charter titled “The Golden Rules of Project Management”
     

Module 08

  • Adopting best practices for project closure
     

Teaching Methods and Adaptation

Teaching method

This training course alternates between presenting the concepts, methods, and tools necessary for project management, sharing concrete examples drawn from the trainer’s experience, conducting practical exercises organized around a central case study, and discussions between trainees and the trainer.
Training materials are provided to all trainees.

Adaptation of the training program

The training program can be tailored to the company's needs:
- Adjusting the duration of modules to suit the trainees' needs
- Customizing the materials and tools provided (incorporating the company's brand guidelines and logo)
- Designing practical case studies based on data provided by the company

Practical Information

The training will take place at our offices (7th arrondissement, Paris) or at the company's premises, and/or via video conference.
Each session can accommodate a maximum of 14 participants.

Assessment of Learning Outcomes

Participants' progress is assessed throughout the training program using a variety of appropriate assessment methods (multiple-choice questions, role-playing exercises, practical assignments, self-assessments, etc.).
A certificate of completion is issued upon completion of the course.
