A rhythmic internal life
At Vertone, internal life is enlivened throughout the year by numerous initiatives: community workshops, climate frescoes, internal projects... Today, more than 20 internal projects exist, enabling employees to tackle subjects as varied as recruitment, CSR, conviviality and AI. These are the kind of high points that nurture our corporate culture and strengthen the bonds between our teams.
These initiatives come to life through concrete projects, imagined and carried out by the employees themselves, with a common ambition: to place collaboration and the human dimension at the heart of our daily lives. By encouraging exchange, opening up areas for reflection on major societal transformations and valuing each individual's uniqueness, Vertone makes internal life a genuine lever for collective fulfillment.
Vertone Care Day: a day of commitment to solidarity
Every year, Vertone Care Day unites our employees around a shared commitment: to devote a day to supporting an association that is close to their hearts.
This initiative enables employees to support a non-profit association, through a choice of two types of action:
- Actions in the field, such as refurbishing premises, collecting food or preparing meals.
- Skills sponsorship, in the form of ideation workshops, training, or strategic support for fund-raising or communications.
This moment of concrete, collective and meaningful commitment is part of a wider program of support for associations. In 2024, 16 associations benefited from the expertise and energy of the Vertone teams.
Conviviality, our DNA
Working together in a consulting firm also means taking the time to get together, exchange ideas and share convivial moments in a friendly atmosphere. This balance between professional demands and human relations is at the heart of our culture. At Vertone, we attach great importance to everyone, whatever their role, being able to express themselves freely and forge links that go beyond hierarchies and projects.
To nurture this spirit, the Conviviality team organizes a weekly afterwork event for the whole firm: a special time to celebrate our successes, discuss our projects or simply enjoy a good time together.
